Stories

Every time I questioned myself or wondered why, I went online. I searched and found articles, blogs and forums full of people supporting eachother. People that were going through the same thing.

But why couldn’t I find support with my thing? Why in this millennial age is there a severe lack of stories from under 30s. We’re out there, it’s not odd, it’s not strange. There are people under the age of 30 that are thinking about or have gotten divorced.

I am one of those people. I have learnt so much about myself and relationships in the past year, and sometimes the only thing that kept me sane was knowing I wasn’t alone. You are not alone.

This is a difficult time, I’m not divorced, it’s the new year, my husband has moved out. But I don’t want people to know. I’m not ready for people to know that this is what 2019 holds for me. Not yet anyway.

But I am finally in a place where I want to share my story with you, to help others feel a little less alone. Every story is different, and no one is going through the exact same thing. But I hope that my posts will help you and give you the confidence to support yourself, whatever you decide.
